SMOKED SALMON WITH MUSTARD SAUCE A different way to serve smoked salmon with a Finnish Mustard Sauce!

AMOUNT INGREDIENT AMOUNT INGREDIENT
1 Packet of Smoked Salmon    
Mustard Sauce
90 g Mild English Mustard   Castor Sugar
  Fresh Dill Finely Chopped   White Vinegar
  Vegetable Oil    

METHOD

- Mix mustard, sugar, dill & vinegar well in a bowl with a whisk
- Slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil, continuously stirring to form a thick sauce
- Serve with smoked salmon in a side dish
- This sauce will compliment many different foods

* You can use a food processor if you wish
* This mustard will keep in the fridge in a closed jar for up to 10 days
