We recommend serving this Roast medium to allow for the fat to render and increase the flavour of the Roast.
Cooking recommendations, cook in the oven at 180 degrees, depending on the size, the cooking departure is different. For a small piece 1kg, 40 minutes, for a bigger peace 1.5kg cook for an 50 minutes, and 2kg cook for 1-1.15 hours. For a perfect roast, your roast internal temperature has to be 62-63C for medium rear.
This is a fresh product and should be consumed within 3-4 days.
